Green Yard Long Beans, called Noodle Beans or Snake Beans, originated in southern Asia in the 11th century. They are an heirloom variety of stringless beans that can grow to over 3 feet long and can be eaten raw, steamed, sauteed, or stir-fried.  Add them to soups and stews like you would standard green beans.

This variety loves the heat and will continue to produce long after the other green bean vines have played out for the season. They are prolific producers who need a trellis.

Plant with basil, oregano, thyme, dill, marigolds, calendula, catnip, and radishes to ward off harmful pests and attract beneficial ones.

Starter will be in a 4" reusable nursery pot.
