Early Copenhagen cabbage is an heirloom vegetable that produces large, round heads weighing around 3 pounds at maturity. It's one of the largest early-producing cabbages . It was developed by Hjalmar Hartman & Company of Copenhagen, Denmark, who made it available to the public in 1909.
 
Sweet and tender taste perfect for eating raw or canning. Interplant with lots of flowers and herbs in the bed to ward off insects and attract beneficial ones.
